MDC investment in the new Elisabeta Rizea complex in Timisoara, Romania, is now close to the end. The new residential building complex will be delivered in full by march 2018 but most of the apartments are already sold. “It’s a great satisfaction by our side – said Stefano Rusca, director of MDC Investments – to got involved since the first steps of this project. This new complex is one of most relevant residential realization in Timisoara and thanks to our local partners, consultants and developers it came true in really few months. Is a true satisfaction in terms of revenues for us but moreover for the contribution that this building provides to the needs of new apartments that a fast-growing city like Timisioara has. Elsabeta Rizea is a modern residential building complex of more than 140 apartments, in three separate buildings, located in the south-east area of Timisoara.
